I just finished the School Festival arc last night. It was really amazing.
And the OP and ED are much better.

The first ED was more lewd, though. It's memorable to me for that. One of Kyoani's best.

The visuals do suit the show in the 2nd one unlike the 1st. I'm not sure how many point to award it for that. The 1st ED has real backgrounds and the animation seems to have higher production value (close-ups, nothing reused.) 2nd ED is lightly padded with walk cycles and blowing hair.
