If I'm remembering correctly there were 4 character diaries from volume 4 of :Re (Mirumo's about his son, Hinami's, Takeomi's and Torso's). I'm not sure on the order they appeared in, but is it likely that these will be the characters that will get focus in the next few arcs, chapters?
I think I'm more psyched for the next chapter than this one.
This one half the pages were devoted to showing the Qs fight, which was the last fight and has now been resolved.
Next chapter the only things they have left to show is Eto's confrontation with Kaneki, and Ui arriving on the roof after fighting the stairs for the past five chapters.
The former should be awesome, or at least interesting, the latter will define the relationship Kaneki has with CCG from here on out.

I don't know if RC cells themselves play a role in coagulation. If anything, RC cells are probably more like stem cells because ghouls can regenerate fast. But knowing that they can regenerate fast, they can probably stop bleeding faster and can form clots faster.

For red's argument, blood just doesn't stay like that at all. Kaneki jumped around a bit during the chapter and no blood splattered from his hair. It also can't be dry because it's only been a short amount of time. The RC nonsense is indeed speculation and most likely plays no role at all in coagulation. Ghouls simply regenerate. Their skin and limbs just comes back thanks to the fuel from RC cells. Their cuts don't necessarily clot like humans do.
For black's argument, it's not consistent. Then again, Haise's hair changed alot during :re and there's still no explanation for it. People will just write it off as a mistake, but even then it's still too obvious to be a simple mistake.

Well, Urie requested that his frame level be raised since his Rc levels had stabilized, which implies that the kagune becomes stronger the more frames that are unlocked.
Urie has his kagune unlocked all the way to F4, but seems to be able to consciously choose not to use an F4 kagune. So while opening frames allows the kagune to become stronger, it seems like they can choose to use a weaker version of their kagune. Perhaps to conserve energy? Haise did the same thing for different reasons. He didn't have any frames to block his kagune usage, he simply limited his own strength. Anyway, I digress.
Considering more than half a year has passed in the story, and Kanae commented on Urie's ukaku being strong (and was an S rate herself? I can't recall, her rating should have been revealed along with Scarecrow, Nutcracker, and Torso's in one of the volumes), I'd say Shirazu's kagune is pretty strong. May be even better than Nutcracker. I think the only other exploding ukaku we've seen is Houji's Hollow, and that's bound to be at least S rate.
