Artcow takes like a week for printing then another 2 for shipping.
One thing to keep in mind about mugs is picture placement. You usually want to be looking at the image from a normal point. So to the left or right on the handle depending on the person. That way you don't have to turn the mug so the handle faces away from you to see the image while using it. If it's a mug destined for pens I guess it's a non issue.

For some of us, getting a Christmas present from an anon is the best part about Christmas. Last year, I got an Amazon gift about mid-January with a pretty disappointing note in it. I was happy that I wasn't grinched, but at the same time, somewhat let down that their idea of a gift was shipping me some cheap anime-related item from Amazon almost a month after the fact. I was in the 25-50 tier. But I just tell myself that something came up which kept them from doing something nicer.I still keep that Asuka hat displayed next to my figs though.
I got a few really nice cards, and was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of knowing my anon loved the gifts I sent them. So, essentially, it's not about the whole receiving thing, but knowing that you made some other anon's day [or season] that much better. And that's what is most important, I'd say.
