I think Namari may be a half-breed?
Half dwarf and the other half human or halfling.
She has a lot of physical traits that blend into from other humanoid species and it's very difficult to pin down any of them that are more explicit than the others:
-Her height is around Halfling range and her ears are rounded, but they aren't as prominent as we've seen before and her physic is far too muscular/stocky. Halflings typically have an almost neoteny-like physic that give them the appearence of children.
-She also isn't very dwarf-like compared to the other dwarves we've seen before: prominent brow, very masculine, rugged, features and very long, thick arms. Dwarves are almost neanderthal'ish or primitive in appearance. It's also just a minor observation, but Namari has a similar clothing style to that of the other dwarves; this might be a cultural thing or (since this is a "fantasy" manga) a class thing.

It is a SOL manga about little people (9cm tall) living in nature. Probably based on Colobockle/Korpokkur from Ainu folklore.
The main characters are two girls living together. The tomboy, energetic type (Hakumei) and the more girly indoor type (Mikochi).
It is cute and look childish, but after reading it, it feels like any other Seinen SoL manga.
Since I am not good at selling things, just read the first chapter and see if it is for you.

I guess it could be true, but I can't see a halfling half-breed being against halfling blacksmiths UNLESS she was a full-blooded dwarf (not related to halflings). Like why would she diss her own people like that? Plus you'd have to think that if she was a halfling she'd probably hold grudges against both sides for not being able to fit in with either race. She doesn't really have that kind of attitude to me.
I'd go half-dwarf and half-human if anything, but I'm still leaning towards full dorf.
Halflings are supposed to have better senses than other races which is another reason I dislike that theory. Namari would've shown some clue of it in this chapter. Her getting absolutely destroyed while Marsilla was able to dodge a few shots from the Undine also makes me think she has low agility similar to dwarves.
