The gay episode probably threw a bunch of people off, and the story didn't hit great-tier until after that point. I know it made me drop the show until it finished airing and I kept seeing people rave about the final buildup and climax.

The dreaded 'gay episode' is about as offensive as watching old sitcoms - at worst you cringe a little at the laugh tracks and bad jokes, but if you're not an utterly dysfunctional person it doesn't affect you beyond that.

That sure as shit isn't what happened, half the episode was pretty much whatsherface being conflicted about their shitty society while the other half was teen angst. Even the yaoi/yuri couplings were doomed because half the involved were insecure and confused.

Because it's fucking shit, it looked awful ,had ton of QUALITY moments, most of the eps were pointless, and the whole plot is a mess. I really don't see what's there to like about this show, not even the yuri is good.
