They're fucking horrible. Anything involving character development is cut in favor or gratuitous gore or cringe worthy sex. The plot is a mess and none of the character motivations make any sense. If anyone went into the movies without any prior knowledge they would think the plot was a rushed nonsensical mess.

Everyone knows the manga has lots of gore and sex, but the reasons it's popular is because of the great writing. You get none of that in the movies, it's like the people who made the movies thought the gore and sex was the only reason people read it so that's the only thing they focused on.

Maybe it'd bring in the RWBY fandom, since they seem used to around that level of quality and that style of telling a story.
Now, from what I learned of RWBY during the Death Battle episode on them, it's basically a shonen series with an all-woman cast filled with puns, so the tone is going to be... different than what they're used to.
Kentarou Miura seems like enough of a crotchety old man to give zero fucks about any potential SJW infection in the fandom, so I think we'd be safe there.

I know you're asking for that specific page, but it makes me wonder, this chapter was released in 1998, and Miura in those years used to draw bi-weekly, and he wasn't as bad as nowadays.
Sometimes I get really worried about how MIura may be thinking ''I'm just bored of Berserk''.
