I consider her route to be the best because it is probably the most "serious" alongside Miyako's yet actually delivers entirely on feelings and emotion, rather than Miyako's which goes too far and ends up melodramatic and silly.
Wanko's route for me was easily the most touching one of the series. That impression is bolstered by how differently Yamato treats Wanko compared to everyone else he ends up in relationships with.
