It's a good series. If you like good background artwork it's god-tier, Shichiro Kobayashi was the art director (Berserk, Angel's Egg, Utena ect).

I've seen the first 3 episodes, and the animation is indeed on tier with the Berserk anime.
The soundtrack is just not really there.
also it's pretty badly directed, they just take forever to get to the next line of dialogue.

The art isn't bad, but it's got little else going for it
