One of my favorite manga. As ecchi, it's diamonds - shamelessly kinky, but connecting the fetishes to emotional evolution of the characters.
As drama, it doesn't have any problems hitting you in the face, moving you, making you uncomfortable.
As comedy, heh, not the finest comedy style around, sure, but it's able to get a chuckle out of you more often than not.
The romantic side is golden.

I remember reading in a older thread someone speculating that maybe it had been translated by someone without the time or possibility of translating the rest of the manga - and so they translated the latest chapter, in the hope that someone could decide to pick up the full translation, out of a 'oh, look at how interesting this point is/how much story has progressed, let's cover the rest'.
It doesn't 'not completely make sense', so to say. Still frustrating, though.
