The first few epsiodes.
Together with Evangelion it introduced a new generation to anime.
After all the Shonen in TV, it showed teenagers (like me) that anime is capable of heavy and serious stuff and can be an adult medium.
Doesn't matter that it doesn't hold up and was probably shit in the first place, it served its purpose.
Dropped after 2 episodes. No desire to keep watching in any way. You know a show is bad when the Jap dub is as bad as the English.

I've tried to watch this show 4 times now over the course of 4 years, and every time I drop it sometime around when the comically edgy mercenary dude shows up. That combined with the fact that they throw in bad ecchi comedy and make the pink haired psychic girl literally retarded just kills my interest. Do people really like this show that much?
