Was Shigurui ever published in US?
There is no way series like this would be released in my country, I would consider importing english version.
I need a tighter shelf. This has far too much vertical space.
DVD's
Blurays.

They should re-release Appleseed, TM-Semic edition was blasphemy.
Terrible photographer and stitcher here but here is my shelf.

Why do you keep the plastic packaging on them? It really ruins the look of your collection.
>>133723934
I like to keep they covered to prevent damage from dust etc.
I am gradually getting rid of package plastic bags and using acid-free comic bags for most of my manga and boxes.
>>133724065
I've never really understood people who go to so much trouble to protect their collection from damage.
I guess if you plan to sell them at some point, but I don't think the advantages really outweigh the disadvantages on this one.
At least you don't keep your figures in boxes.

Paper yellows and stiffens, if you want to keep your magazines in particular which aren't high quality paper then you'll have to try to preserve them over time.
>>133724248
Maybe, but it makes it look like you're living in a warehouse or something.
The sole reason I buyfag is to make my collection look better and/or to fund the industry, I've never really considered longevity.
>>133724335
I buy because I enjoy the materials I get and I want to have them as long as I can, especially the magazines I collect.
A couple of the mangazines were already "aged" when I got them (original from 2004~).
Yellowing with poor quality paper is unpleasant.
As for looking at my stuff. I can take it out to look at, at any time.

Anyone else get the Ninja Slayer manga v1? The anime should have looked like THAT.

>manga frenchbro stepping up the shelf game
One of these days I swear I'll get around learning that much of French needed to read manga and import a couple of things missing here like NNB, Barakamon andYozakura Quartet.I tell that to myself everytime i see these pics.
Thinking on starting a doujin related collection. Any advice from where I can buy them? And also there's any Fakku release that's worth?
>>133724456
Fair enough, I guess different people just collect for different reasons.

I've been buying again after years of reading online, it's quite a nice feeling but I mostly stopped due to a couple series I liked going out of print which annoyed me a lot, anyway recently I got: Spice & Wolf volumes 1-3, A Drifting Life, and Fragments of Horror.
How is the Battle Tendency hardcover? I plan on picking up the hardcovers over next month but I was worried about changes.

Same quality if you already have the Phantom Blood ones. Good looking color pages, etc. There's more crammed it than others this time, and it goes up to spaghetti.
Santana was renamed Santviento, though. HIs name was also changed in English promotional media for ASB (to "San Tan"). But that's it.

Why aren't your volumes in order?
This is all I got, apart from a cardboard box that holds all 37 volumes of Berserk. Yes, yes, terrible quality pic.
Sorry for the mess

I'm really glad that they kept the little sketches Araki does in between the chapters. I don't think the Part 3 release had those.
