Alrighty, from what I gather and from the confusion that I've seen other contributors to the site experience (other literal members had no idea they shut down), I can basically deduce that the following has happened:
The raw providers that Red Hawk used were the chinks that got jailed in the second bust. They probably paid the chinks some money for the raws, either through buttcoin(fat chance) or through paypal. Because paypal keeps a nice paper trail and willingly hands over customer data to law enforcement agencies with or without a warrant, they realized they might be fucked if the nip lawyers are willing to pursue this further. So they shut down the site and wiped as much evidence as they could. At this moment they're probably sweating bullets looking at ways to get rid of their paypal account, and wondering how much the chinks are disclosing to the cops

The raws were always paid by someone else, not Red Hawk. The one who got arrested on the first bust, though? That guy had much more information on them and it didn't stop them.
