Well it's not meant to be. That said, that in itself is pretty funny.

Oh my.
On the bright side, this story seems so bad that Deen might be able to make a decent adaptation for once.
I know we all like to joke about how China is creatively bankrupt and the animation they produce is unintentionally horrifying sometimes.
But at least admitting off the bat that MC is a hypercompetent genius and just going with the "chosen one" shtick out of the starting gate instead of "he's the lowest rank and every person of authority hates him but it's for a silly reason and he's actually the best," and making it partially a gag thing at least puts it one rung above every season's light novel adaptation offerings.
