Public raws for the magazine are a little late, like a month or so behind, but the manga shoud have came out of hiatus on issue 47, and the latest one online is 46, which was uploaded on Raw-hunters yesterday.
I'm hyped anyways, because Ouran is my waifu and more waifu is always good.
