Its that kind of hubris that will cost them dearly, if its what they decide to go ahead with.
With Mahoyo you can make the argument that because it was "new" and "its own entity" that they could proceed without H-scenes (though I still think the lack of them harmed the sales in Nipland) but with Tsukihime if they leave them out they will face a huge backlash.
This backlash will be especially severe from their "core" fanbase who bought Tsukihime originally back in 2000. I cant see them risking alienating their old fans.

well animation is kinda bad. Like people will shit on ufo for overusing particle effets or CG, but DEEN/stay night has actual QUALITY or even rehases some bits of animation.
As for merging the routes, it doesn't do it that much concerning UBW, since they then made a UBW movie, but they do try to tie in Heaven's Feel with Sakura, in one of the dumbest ways possible. You might also find problems with given how much an adaptation is limited in time, what they chose to adapt and how they do it. For example, the scene of Rin attacking Shirou at school, you can compare of they and ufo did it to see the difference in tone.
Otherwise, the art isn't THAT bad when it's not shitting the bed and the OST is decent in some places too.
