Well, for any non-neet there is a difference between weekends and working days. The working days are the more stressfull time of waiting, while the weekends are stressless. If you get it early during the working days you have new One Piece material that you can talk about with your good friends during working days to make them more fun and less stressfull, rather than doing it during the weekends when you have other stuff to keep you occupied.
I guess that would be my kinda rationalisation. Sure, actually nothing is different and you still have to wait 7 days, but you can also try to see it positively and take it easy, I guess.
