How is School Rumble good in any way? It's really a Japanese Saturday morning cartoon for children, loud, flashy, annoying, headache-inducing. How can you like something like that as an adult?

Y think Season 2 is actually better in some aspects, it have a less solid main plot but all the side stories are well done and it expands the focus on the side cast tenfold which is something rarely done in anime overall. By the end I felt like part of 2-C class and wished about hanging out with that bunch of crazy dudes and meet all those interesting and fun girls.

This isn't that great to be honest. In school rumble the charm is they don't take themselves too seriously with the comedy working really well. This on the other hand is a melo drama over teenagers that you roll your eyes with and just yawn yourself through the story.
What is worse than the melodrama is the fact the show has literally not a single likable character.

They did, but it's an abomination of the manga, so don't watch it. First two seasons roughly covered one third of the manga each and imo they've done it pretty well. The OVA tries to fit the last third in 3 just 3 episodes, including some new characters, arcs and the whole conclusion. Watchedit after I've read the manga and I barely understood anything.

Nisekoi is just a few girls orbiting around Raku's dumb dick, of which the owner is barely any brighter than the thing itself. The whole comedy is build around slapstick moments of one of them fucking up.
School Rumble is one of the few manga with a whole class of characters, who also get some sort of characterization. Hell, quite a few of them have about as much as Shuu, who's easily the best character in the series.
Let's not forget how even Tenma is more comfortable to watch than any of the main girls in Nisekoi.
