Some highlights (Translated from Chinese subs, so not from original Japanese dialogue) until this gets English subbed:
In the beginning Kagura and Gintoki attempt to light up the screen. Shinpachi asks why everything is so dark, and Gintoki says in order to light the candles for cake, of course things had to be turned off. Shinpachi: "Aren't you going to disappoint the Jump Festa attendees with such a prolonged black screen??"
Kagura guarantees a rainbow palette once the lights come on, but... Shinpachi: "ISN'T EVERYTHING STILL SNOWY WHITE???"
Kagura and Gintoki wonder why the cake isn't decorated yet, while Shinpachi of course notes that no one is "decorated" on screen. "HOW CAN WE PRESENT THIS AT FESTA? SHUEISHA IS GOING TO MURDER US!" Kagura: "We're not high quality animation like the level of Haikyuu!! Let's not belittle ourselves okay..."
Then we get into the Shokugeki no Soma/Food Wars parody of foodgasms (lmao) Gintoki of course yells "SUGAR LEVEL~~~~~"
Kagura...goodness. Direct reference to the NSFW crossover chapter I guess...
Kagura: "In case you haven't noticed, my figure seems slimmer in clothing, but it's supposed to be curvy everywhere." Gintoki: "Your 'curvy figure' is already off from the silhouette."
Shinpachi wants to see if the cake is really that delicious, and Gintoki warns him. Shinpachi: "I'm not going to strip just because of one bit of cak---WHHHOOAAAAA!!111! My lenses and frame are melting!!"
