My head canon is that Chariot Requiem powers itself with other people's souls, ie, the light behind their head. It does this because it has no user. If Polnareff was alive and controlled Chariot Requiem, that particular weakness wouldnt exist.
Or worse, that weakness would be behind Polnareff's own head.
Actually might work great. A totally invincible stand that can only be harmed by attacking a very small spot behind the user.
