It's a completely different series. There's very little orgasm, they normally only combine two vectors, no Fudo etc.

They're completely different kinds of shows, so it's not that easy to answer. Quality-wise, I feel this has been much more consistent than EVOL so far, but EVOL at it's best was far better than this. Basically, EVOL's last third (or half, depending on who you ask) went to shit, and ends in a manner that left a horrible aftertaste.
I actually liked EVOL. I felt the good parts of it were good enough and went on for long enough that the bad parts didn't completely negate that. But I knew exactly what I was getting into.
