You can literally see the camera panning over while the talk, ending with a what the fuck moment and actually rather dark humor at the same time.
Scenes like this make realize how good an artist Nakaba is.
It doesn't necessarily mean having lots of details and huge ass scenery with lots of characters in it to say someone can draw good.
Things like this makes me ignore power levels and possible power inconsistencies.

I really love Nakaba's drawing techniques.
Not afraid to grossly distort anatomy and perspective to emphasis the action, never uses a ruler and despite being a panel with huge amounts of shading and different lighting, the only time he's used filler in that panel is for Gil's hair.
