Wow, this illustration is nicely done! Togashi has obviously good foundation on anatomy, everyone looks overall well proportioned. Maybe Kurapika's right arm and Leorio's right leg could've been done better? But he did a pretty perfect job with Killua and Gon, nothing else looks wonky.
I don't think any child could easily draw, color, or create a (good) complex composition like this.
It seems Togashi used ink, copics, and markers (which are pretty unforgiving art mediums) for these pieces; he did a really clean job.
You can tell he put thought into the unity of the drawings and he even incorporated several elements of design. The perspective of the wagon creates an interesting 3-dimensional effect under the (2D) fictional characters.
Lizard's bleh. He could have added a cool scaly effect and more value to it, but I care more about the characters which are the real subject of the drawing.
Anyway I fucking love Hunter x Hunter. 9/10 would frame on my wall
