This is pretty much the same as the VN, except it has that Sakura prologue.
I hope they add it to the movies because in the VN you have the same Rin prologue every time, so adding that would be new and it would give more of Sakura because she's not very relevant in the other two routes so giving her characterization or more screen time(instead of her being all the time saying senpai) would be for the best.

Rin and Saber save Shirou's life and both become an inspiration for him later on in life. Sakura,meanwhile is completely irreverent and you could probably write her character out completely without affecting the overall plot of Fate Stay Night or Fate/Zero. Why did Nasu create her again? I did read it and anything Sakura is to Shirou in that route could easily be replaced with IIya. angra manyu's little plotine, the ideal between choosing between cold hard logic and your own human emotions? IIya can provide those herself. As for the shadow, the deaths related to that and the servants? I'm positive nobody will miss the shadow and the servants could just simply be recalled into the throne because of the grail going haywire. Sakura's so pointless it's like she exists because they needed a busty character for the h scenes since Rin and Saber were just DFC.

IIya can do that moral because, if you haven't read the game, She's his fucking sister that he's eager to connect with on a family level. While also being the grail that many people are killing themselves over and doing horrific things to others for the chance to use that power. A power that could lead humanity to something wonderful, maybe even the world Kerry dreamed of all the way til he died.

There's a big difference between the deaths of your father, someone who you expected to die, and your mother, someone who was sick from as long as you remember to your baby sister who was the only one holding you together and preventing you to turn into coldsteel magus 101. You might want to undermine Rin feeling's for Sakura but it's pretty clear Rin is who she is because she knows Sakura is alive and thinks she's well, when she discovers what happened to Sakura and after she goes into the Matou's house she realizes she could've stormed into there and take her little sister back at any given time, realizing she was being stupid.

It doesn't say anything like this in the narrative. Sakurafags are overestimating how important she is to Shirou and Rin and I guess, Rider. It's ridiculous and it's the big fat downside of Heaven's Feel. It's hard to care about her as much as they do when the only things we've been introduced to Sakura so far is that she's whiny,selfish,spiteful, holds grudges and is jealous to near yandere levels even without the fake plot device known as the angra manyu plotline and the shadow. Sakura enjoyed every minute of that even if she doesn't want to admit it. Just like a few of you would likely enjoy slaughtering normalfags by the truckloads and getting back at all those who rejected you or did something to you.

Shirou has known and cared about Sakura for longer and the route goes into detail about that. The manga should also show us the same progression of how she was sent to Shirou's place as a spy, came to care about him and healed her colder Zero like stoicism, and with Taiga, became a small family over the course of two years. It's obvious the movie and manga will show more details of this. One thing I will want to see is the part where she sends Rider to save him from Zouken at Ryuudo Temple from her perspective and how she dealt with the repurcussions of being at lethal levels of life force, as well as building up the courage to oppose Zouken. We already know she can share vision with Rider from other scenes in the route.
They have all that time together, and while Ilya is good, and has the ties to Kerry, Sakura is more emotionally linked to him at the beginning. He even says several times that Sakura helped him by bringing warmth to his household along with Taiga after Kerry died, and he considers her his family. There was even a scene he frankly states that his house belongs to her as well, as part of his family.
