OPM publishing speed is about the same as an average monthly magazine serialization, with 2 volumes per year.
OPM redraw publishes shorter pages on a bi-weekly pace, making his publishing speed just above average for a mangaka.

The last 2 chapters, so released in a month, are barely 15 pages combined, that's way less than your usual monthly serie.
To compare, let's take Yoshikazu and its Tsugumomo which I consider on the same level as Murata's OPM when it comes to skills and details, if not higher depending on the chapters for the latter. He usually releases between 35 pages per months.
I'm not really sure what Murata has been working on lately, but considering what I saw about his speed in the streams, 15-20 pages per 2 week shouldn't be much of a problem, we're not talking about the Boros arc with the spaceship to draw. Only 8 if not 4 is quite frustating.
Though in that case, he's probably working on the extra content of volume 10 I guess.

A rank 34 hero Feather came to fight the gang Iron Fists alone, as they have his girlfriend Erika as hostage.
But as they beat the hero up, the gang reveal that the girl was in fact their boss' bitch and she was playing him all along to lure him into this trap.
Erika laughs at him telling him he's so gullible to be fooled by her terrible acting.
But as she turns away there's tears in her eyes and Feather tells her her acting is terrible indeed.
Big Iron, the boss of the gang shows up just then, and Feather tells Erika to peel her eyes open as he will no longer need to hold back his power as there is no hostage, and that this will be his climax scene as a hero.
But just as almost finishes his sentence Saitama crash through the wall and falls on him.
Erika and the gang spots Tatsumaki and thinks Feather lied to them about coming alone.
Big Iron yells at his men that even an S-class can't do shit alone, and not to be afraid of her.
Saitama tries to tell him to calm down but Big Iron punches Saitama telling that "Stay out of this weakling!"
Saitama of course blows him the fuck away replying "that would be you."
Tatsumaki proceeds to trash the rest of the gang, and the two leaves.
Feather is left there with Erika who seems to be engulfed with awe at Tatsumaki for freeing her from her position as the gang's bitch.
Feather realizes his attempt at heroism has failed and now just wants to go home and forget everything.
As for the Metal Bat part it's self explanatory.
Only thing to really note is that Tama, his house cat, is having babies today but he is the only available S-rank that can head to H.
He wanted to take out his frustration on the monster, but it was killed by getting caught in Saitama and Tats fight.
Metal Bat tells himself "Calm down... don't do it... Just take a deep breath man, Tama is waiting for you at home... "

Well, when you think about it, not like the characters who were on the covers got a bonus chapter for them until now. There are actually more chances she won't get any. Though to begin with, she isn't supposed to appear in the chapters of this volume, so it would be logical for her to get some content aside from the cover bonuses. Besides the fact she really didn't get much screentime in the remake so far, Fubuki only appeared one volume ago and she already got much more than her.
And she was 6th in the popularity poll, all the 5 first characters got their cover.

I feel like people are really dense. If anything, Saitama is as strong as the story needs him to be. If he fought Demonbane or some shit, he'll be strong enough to defeat it in one punch because that's how it would play out in the manga. It's the entire gimmick of the story.
