So I read most of side material expect the Blue one and rewatched the first season and movie and it finally make sense.
Is side Blue interesting or I can skip it? I really wanted to start watching S2 so I didn't read it. Same for the manga that happens before S2.

Fushimi leaving S4 would be kind of strange after that scene in the manga where Anna told him that Munakata needed his support. Also, things are pretty much set up for a rematch between him + Yata vs. the green kid sooner or later.

To be honest if you read the side materials it feels more like a little brother/older brother sort of relationship. Also Mikoto's reason from going on a rampage is less about the guy dying and more about him feeling constantly tortured about being the red king which would give him constant nightmares about burning everything around him. Even when he was awake apparently is in the Red king's nature to want to constantly destroy, you can even see this with Anna this season who wants to destroy the slates as the best possible option of stopping more shit from happening. Mikoto was half doing it for revenge and half doing it so he could have a excuse to finally die and stop being a king, he was never exactly happy about being the red king

Yeah that seems unlikely, but Blue and Red seem to be getting less rivalish. I see them becoming like Kusanagi and Awashima. They're still friendsn despite being two of the highest ranking members of rival organizations. If Red and Blue get to be more friendly I can definitely see them becoming good friends who hang out fairly often yet are still on different sides technically.

Mikoto was never part of the previous red clan, he was just 11 when the king before him died and took his whole clan with him
Same with Munakata, apparently he was studying abroad the entire time and got elected as king once he came back, he had no relation to the previous blue clan whatsoever
