The first that comes to mind is Kuragehime. The original Inuyasha anime had the K-pop star Boa do their ending theme. The boyband Big Bang did the opening for the latest transformers anime. 2pm did the ending for Blue Exorcist. Yeah they all sang in Japanese, but that doesn't change the fact that the demand for Korean pop culture in Japan has never been higher. Also, there is a Koreatown in the Tokyo area.
Also, 2ch isn't really a good representation of how Japanese or even otaku view Koreans. Like for example, Romi Paku is Korean and she's a hugely popular VA.
