Strength and Power isn't just "I'm Othinus and I can rewrite reality" people aren't just their powers. Their personalities are much more important.
It's why power level discussions inevitably fail because people remove the personality from the characters they're arguing for and just make it Power A vs Power B which is fine if you were comparing powers and usages but that's never the case. It's always "Gilgamesh would do A and Accelerator does B in response" even if that wouldn't accurately represent what would actually happen in the fight.

Your "powerfulness" should straight up be the entire package.
If I see your win record is 95% of the fights you've been in then I'm not going to assume you're powerless since you are winning most of the fights you're in.
Though Touma's win rate is probably something like 0.00000[..]1 because of his repeated losses to Othinus but given this isn't an online game and we can see the calibur of people he has beaten, my point still stands.
