Why are VN adaptations always fucked up so much? Even when they are well done as an anime they cut so much content to the point of making routes almost entirely redundant.
Why don't more studios just adapt omnibus or for longer air times? There are so many series that would easily sell in the ten thousands with how big the pre-installed fanbase is and how dedicated they already are. Even just looking at a failed adaptation like Little Busters which still managed to outsell the vast majority of series, and had it actually been done well probably could have hit close to clannad.

>Why are VN adaptations always fucked up so much?
It doesn't help that most of them are bad
Little Busters got a better adaptation than the vast majority of VN titles. At least it wasn't the usual "50-hour VN squeezed into 12 episodes" bullshit that the rest are.
VNs are a shit medium and the rare exceptions that are actually somewhat decent will never be animated.
The LB! anime wasn't that bad of an adaptation, though, it's just that it could've been a lot better.
At the same time, it could've been a lot, LOT worse. Never watched the EX OVAs, though, because I'm waiting endlessly for Dokior Sekai Project.

Fate is the only thing that will get decent adaptions. Just accept it. Maybe if we're lucky Tsukihime will get an anime adaption when the remake comes out. Unfortunately nothing, but TYPE-MOON sells that well VN adaption wise.
Because VNs are too fucking long and too risky to commit shitloads of episodes to.

You are retarded anon.
