I've managed to put this together using bits of information from previous threads, genga samples and some artbook stats of character heights, fortunately there is a character in each group with a known height (Favaro: 175cm, Jeanne: 165, Azazel: 190). Omitted Bacchus because he's pose is completely unreliable and would just take up space. Interestingly, after adjusting everything Martinet and Lavalley turned out to be exactly same height.

Nah, as far as I can tell babahmut-base is 80% comprised of T&B staff and VA followers. Initially most of what fanart bahamut was getting were these T&B cosplay pics. T&B fans are also more likely to pick this show up than a average pleb.

You're right, I should have said: out of the few people who did pick it up, you were most likely to find T&B fans. I suppose it's just one of those mysteries of the universe that shall remain unsolved why this show gets no love when it's obviously made with so much love from the staff.
Apparently the number of reworked cuts on the 4 BDs came to 600, that's almost an entire episode. Haven't seen any of the BDs myself yet, so can't tell if it comes close to that or if filtering a scene counts as fix.
