Different sides
BB is the haughty, egotistical, and arrogant self that doubts nothing and questions nothing about herself, she will not diverge from her path. Even if the world itself needs overturned to create her dream, she'll do just that.
Blossom is the pure self who tries to follow her duty until the end in a self-sacrificing way that doesn't value herself fully, that does sound like Saber, but then again she does know she's just a replaceable program that can be remade or replaced. Sounds like its a dynamic that's been done before, but in this case quite literally she can be replaced, there's really nothing special about it, so having a high ego isn't really necessary. Though even if your function can be taken over, you're still you, and you are alive. It draws a lot of parallels between Enkidu and Gilgamesh's story in CCC, as Gilgamesh is the arrogant one and Enkidu is the humble one that feels himself replaceable. Enkidu feels himself just a tool at times, a weapon created by the gods without need for a "self", created just to reel in Gil, but in his final moments alive Gilgamesh proudly declares his worth above all.
BB is Gilgamesh of the Moon, Blossom is Enkidu of the Moon, even Gilgamesh comments on as much.
Even though they share similarities with the original, they are different people in the end just like Nero isn't Arthur. Similarities doesn't make the same people, and in the end they do draw differences between them and give them other traits and pieces to their self.
Nero might be a noble warrior young girl like Arthur, but in the end there are more differences than one can probably say.

Heaven's Feel is the best route because it reveals things you never learn during the first two routes, and yet appears to match with them so well.

UBW reveals a lot of shit that you didn't know in Fate route, but HF really took it above and beyond in a way that you needed to read the previous routes to really have what you knew turn around on you, as you realize you didn't actually know anything.
Originally there were going to be two far side routes, Nasu had to cut one of them due to time-constraints. So maybe it was two routes worth of reveals all at once.

It might tie in more, mainly because HF covers the human side equation which means the wills inheirated from the previous generation and the four children, along with the people from the previous generation all come together in a big way.
It's harder to say the same with the other routes in some ways, since some of the motivations and wills form the past aren't as touched upon, and it's more about new characters introduced in this game that get their motivations resolved.
HF, we get Kirei, Kiritsugu, Sakura, Kariya, Shirou, Rin, Tokiomi, Zouken, Ilya, etc; all the wills from the previous and current generation play a role in some way to put an end to the ritual for good.
Shirou finds out about his old man, that scenerio Tokiomi talked about where sisters fight comes true, Rin decides whether she wants to fulfill her father's will or be her own person as a human, Kariya's will is realized, Kotomine finds his answer, Ilya realizes her truth or whatever, etc.
It's not that the other routes don't also have some factors like this, but this is the one where it sort of all factors.

People try to say "Well she got special privileges probably", but that isn't the case, only Saber's Tmitter was pinned on the TM front site, not Sakura's. People say "Well Sakura was an idol, so it's not fair to Rin", when Rin was the climax and leading portion of the event during the last half of the show, yet still wasn't able to overtake.
