Orchestr/a/ playing Hibike, Flyers and Bloody Stream.
We are currently doing the Hibike! Euphonium PV (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Y6B320TbJk), Flyers (Desu Parade OP) and Bloody Stream (JJBA), everything is already written for your preferred instrument. There are also a dozen other songs being worked on: http://p.pomf.se/7223
As always we're looking for all players at any level, especially brass, woodwind and strings players. Joke instruments (kazoo, woodblock, toy piano, spoons, etc...) are also welcomed.
Even if you don't want/can't join, please come and steal our music sheet, we don't mind.

I'm curious, is there a demand for arrangers? If so, are there any restrictions on the arranges? Example being complete symphonic-orchestra/band rearrangements that may be challenging for your musicians.

Arrangers are always welcome, but we have very limited instrumentation, so it'd be difficult to get anything done if you're calling for oboes/bassoons/flugelhorns or what have you.

Speaking frankly, we have a few arrangers and not enough players, so they're not desperately needed, but you're welcome to write music for us.
Depends on the song itself, most of time we just copy the original since writing is hard. There's no restriction whatsoever beside keeping the instrumentation to stuffs that's easier to access (ie no bizarre instruments like octabass, contra bass sax, bassoon, tc...).

if they are sitting it's called a concert band. composers use double bass in concert bands to play the low bass part when other woodwinds have solo parts or soft parts. so a flute solo that needs a bass accompanyment wouldn't use a tuba or bassoon, those would be over powering, they use double bass instead

I and a few other guys also play guitar, but most of the time we do rhythm since we're doing mostly TV size songs, which don't include guitar solos.
Hibike is a concert band, not marching. Nobody marches with a freaking double bass.

Isn't jazz band really low-tier in HS? back in my time, my casual band is superior than school's concert band, but the jazz band is just too nerd and kind of weird at that time.
