Sometimes you just gotta overload your circuits, turn into a dragon, and save the world by carrying the completed grail to the phantasmal side of the world where humans cannot touch it with their evil. After everyone else died in a dozen messy battles.
Recently replayed Fate, noticed that whole "Other side of the world" shit was there from the start. It's that whole thing they were trying to use the grail to break into, where there's all kinds of mana on the other side. They were going to use that mana on the other side which was almost infinite(by magus standards) to try to break into the root and shit as the entire plan. Lot of the plan was using the grail to break into the other side of the world. It's also what Sakura was connected to in the end, and where Ilya went in the end. There's a hidden between sort of world.
It's where all the divine and phantasmal creatures went, only place they can still live.

I've got a question. I finally decided it was time to get my shit together and actually beat fsn, instead of getting caught up in other stuff and not finishing it. I'm using a version that should have everything included, such as the realta nua patch, etc.
As far as I'm aware, you have to beat fate before you can do UBW and HF. But right after you get a choice from Rin about teaming up with her in Fate, if I choose to go solo, it lets me jump into what seems to be UBW, if I'm reading a route chart I looked at because I was suspicious correctly.
Am I just being retarded and this is something that is normal, or did my gave somehow fuck up?

Yeah, I actually think you're right. Just got a bad end speeding through, it looks like it technically does put you into UBW if you choose the solo choice in Fate, but it locks you into that bad end pretty soon after you branch into the route, no matter what you actually choose in it.
