Illya explains it in HF. Basically yes, Angra Mainyu and the last war getting stopped and the grail being still filled with energy.
Last week's episode had some stuff cut out of it for the BDs, namely about caster's golden fleece skill. This week's episode will also likely have some things cut out, for those who have seen the pre-air screening what part is the most likely to be cut out?

Fate Illya is treated more like an imouto than the other routes with Shirou having to save her. UBW Illya's relevancy only extends to that she is the grail and her heart is transplanted into Shinji. HF Illya is the one where Illya gets shows more of her character by being more of a nee-san, by guiding Shirou and saving him at the last moment.
