Well, I personally do a certain number of series because I love doing this shit and want you fags enjoy them too, though I don't really work on ongoing ones so I can do it at my pace. As for Japanzai, I don't really know, man. I thought it's huge as fuck so updates should be coming at least at mediocre pace, but in the end it's a huge pile of nothing. Chibi manga has got to be the worst scan group around. I don't think any of their translators or proofers (if they have any) have English as a first or second language, because the translations are distractingly bad at best and complete fucking gibberish at worst.
Worse yet, they usually pick up cute shoujo (which I'm a sucker for), thus "claiming" them and deterring other groups from picking them up.
