I don't remember exactly but it's probably about this (spoilers):The girl's name is Chisato. Her little brother really liked chocolate and then he died in a car accident. After that, Chisato hated chocolate and never got over her depression. She keeps trying to feed the MC chocolate since they're childhood friends and she uses him as a support. Eventually he gets sick of it and tells her to get over it. It sounds dumb and it is in hindsight, but it was handled decently by the show.
