And today's episode we saw some demon transporting possible humans somewhere. The name being Blood Blockade Battlefront and the Blood staining white roses (blood obviously being important theme wise and plot/mechanic wise), and then seeing this, it's all being handled well.
I'm guessing the big bad is a demon underworldly manufacturer that sees use in human blood and plans to use it or distribute it to demons?

While Ore Monogatari is good it ain't better than BBB. Plus animation wise BBB beats it by a large margin.
Kekkai Sensen and Kill la Kill have a lot of similar vibes in the style, wackiness, and no fucks given nature, but I enjoy this far better. In fact I struggled through watching first season of KlK.

Considering that Femt and the villain from the Doug Hammer arc are featured pretty prominently in the ending, I wouldn't be surprised if they fiddled around with the story a bit and had them stick around in some capacity, they already have anime original stuff.
