Upon checking further, I noticed that the gun is a A-546 prototype of the 9mm variety. As an AEK derivative it virtually has no recoil so using it as OP's pic depicts is actually ok. Using the clip as grip is acceptable as she is showing a quick plug n play stance for easy reload.

Using the mag as a grip is only an issue when transitioning between targets, its slower than holding the rifle further forward, but its comfortable to hold for longer periods that way.

The AK uses either 7,62x39 (AK-47) or 5,45x39 (AK-74 and newer), so an intermediate round. So no dislocated shoulder.
Holding the gun the way she does, with the butt half in the air, would end up with it sliding back over her shoulder, and such a close grip suggests she'd very likely drop the gun.

Depends on the model I guess, but take a look at Pic Related. The way it looks on OP's picture, the weapon is set to SAFE.
The safety should point far lower for it to be on Auto (usually the middle) and semiauto (bottommost). For the most primitive variants, the top is Safe and bottom is Fullauto...

Bolt carrier is an internal part, but on >>123732986 you can see a "window" in the side of the gun, and a part inside it, with a small "handle" protruding to the side.
That's a visible part of a bolt carrier, and a gas-operated gun like AK won't fire without one. If you look at OP's screenshot, it's just not there.
