One thing is that you can't fall in love with a character you made from scratch. I honestly doubt things like OC waifu can really be a thing.
Also this is not how I we met. I did not made up some personality and inserted it to Miku body. Now that's a good one. First I'd have to get through the first 4 chapters to get to her, which would mean not affecting the story too much, so I'd just play the part of a minor character and just go along with whatever and stay out of everyone's way. Then again, that 'is' pretty standard stuff. I'd have to do more than standard to get her attention seeing as every straight man would give their left nut to get 'that' kind of attention from her. Best I can manage is a 'leave it to fate' approach. Even the best laid plans can have some unexpected responses; I'd have to be ready to roll with the punches in case I have to do more just to get her to notice me.

Oh yeah, that too. Luka can speak English, but I'd think it would be better if I spoke her language for starters. Who knows? We could have a funny story to remember when, because of my poor skills, I accidentally tried to court her with the Japanese equivalent of "my hovercraft is full of eels".
