World summons someone at their peak, and it's shown during some summoning in the anime when his coat materializes on him after death that he might have lost it in life. Like how Karna has lost his NPs before, but upon being summoned he's summoned at his peak, when he has whatever shit he has. So even if it was gone, he might get it back upon being a servant.
