Not really, Sekai is doomed any time he comes up against someone who doesn't fall for his shit. Well, mainly Minato but even Sleggar would whoop his ass if his gunpla was remotely the same level. The one thing the series did right ironically was that the teams that made the finals did not have the strongest individual players, they just had the strongest team.
The entire reason they allowed Sekai to be a super scrub who's a one trick pony was because the character was created to be in a team format and act as the vanguard, Yuuma the cherry picker, and Fumina the all rounder link up.

So who else would like to see an episode where Shimon and Gyanko go on a romantic date. They play Gunpla Battle, eat ice cream, go see a movie, then go have dinner; it's all very romantic, and Shimon starts asking Gyanko to be his girlfriend.
Then in walks this godly motherfucker and is all "ay bby want sum fuk". Gyanko goes "yes Sekai, please fuck my brains out", "K, but only if he watches".
So Gyanko forces Shimon to stay and watch as Sekai quite literally fucks the shit out of her. Also, he has to wear Sekai's boxers as a hat. After 5 or so hours Sekai is finally done (so, quite a short time for him) and pees and shits all over Shimon.
Gyanko then starts talking to try to make it official with Sekai. But he is all like "lol no, I don't date fatties. You can have my sloppy seconds, bro. I don't even like her, I was just making a point". He then gets dressed and leaves, as Shimon cries inconsolably and Gyanko desperately scrapes Sekai's shit off of him so she can eat it.
I forgot: also, Shimon's little brother walks in halfway through.
Fuck everything and all the custom builds. Fucking Xi and Woundwort showed up as promised and we got a battle that wasn't plavsky hax bullshit in Zaku v Kampfer amazing.
