The numbers were like RPG levels. Bests aren't bests because they have stones, they just leveled up until they were super. The stones were attracted to people with strong spirits, so bests just ended up finding them as a matter of course.

20 shows a season is still only 2-3 shows a day, which is literally 1 hour of anime watching.
Even on a busy workday you can find an hour to sit down and watch your shows, either all at once or broken up over a longer period of time while you get something else done.
If there are days where you can't even spare that hour, you can just save those shows for a day when you have more time, like a day off.
I like watching a tonne of shows because it helps me to organize my free time better so I don't just end up blankly staring at a dead thread whenever I run out of things to do.

Why was Yukina such an amazing character
Like conceptually, everything about her personality and mannerisms were amazing.
I lost my shit in the 2nd last episode when the other girl asked her if she knew where she was going and she just cringed and didn't answer. Every single thing that character does is subtle humour.
This show should have been 2 cours. The episodic arcs felt very rushed and the girls didn't had enough interaction. The finale wasn't that great but it was ok

To be fair, if you can't complete an episodic arc in 2 full episodes, no amount of cours will save your show. That's just on the director and writers being unable to pace a short story properly.
