It's the next super-popular LN adaptation a la SAO/Mahouka/Kagerou.
I haven't read it so I can't comment on it's quality, but the anime will sell well regardless.
The Pitch: a white rabbit chases Alice down a hole.
The Rabbit: Bell Cranel, 14 year old hero wannabe (as a stepping stone
to acquiring a harem of female admirers). Male ingenue, the story's
heroine and protagonist, and romantic target of numerous older women.
The Alice: Aiz (also Ais, Aisu - from Old Norse for Ice) Wallenstein,
aka The Sword Princess, aka Kenki. The passerby hero who frequently
saves our heroine from the scapes his own recklessness and naivety get
him into.
The Hole: Dungeon, a unique location in the setting's RPGish world
where monsters spawn, with stronger monsters the deeper you go. (Most
likely a prison built by the gods to contain something they couldn't
kill, but they aren't talking about it.) Dead monster parts can be
sold, and have uses that are vital to the economy of the continent;
this harvesting industry is regulated by an Adventurer's Guild.
The Mentor: Hestia, Olympian goddess of virgins who never leave the
house. Before the story begins, she was routinely compensating for her
lack of ability or effort by feeling entitled; but that didn't work
out for her, and successfully guiding Bell has since become the focus
of her life (which is not the same as knowing anything about how to do
it). Hestia has fanatical worshippers in the series fandom.
Supporting Antagonist: Freya, Norse goddess of Beauty, Sex, and Dying
in Battle. For some unstated reason, Freya thinks Bell should be
following her instead of Hestia.
It's okay, but the whole harem thing gets super-ridiculous. Every single female wants the MC dick. Every single one.
