Scanlator here, and yeah it's dumb, but we mostly just did it so we could show as quickly as possible that someone was actually scanlating this. When we're finished with the whole thing we MIGHT just take down the first half and reupload the whole chapter by itself. Our scanner has the first volume ordered but it'll take 2-3 weeks for it to get there and for him to scan it, so it'll probably be a little while before Chapter 2 is out, sadly.
