I find it pretty interesting that if the bears actually looked more like the ones in the picture book, they would be horrifying and come across are real monsters. Its a lot like the last third of Penguindrum where shit gets completely weird and darker.
While Penguindrum was light hearted 2/3rd of the way which made you appreciate the tonal shift and characters, unlike Yuri Kuma where it's just weird and stupid.Its the second best show this season next to Parasyte. What a shit season
