Touma is in no way attached or affectionated with her.
Her death would only cause him sadness, but he would move on and nothing fucking happened.
The only characters whose deaths would have a large impact on his character are Index and Othinus.

Except you know the part where he watched her and many of his other friends die/kill him/and completely reject or ignore his entire existence thousands of times over. And it did give him character development from it, doing it again wouldn't give him any big development again it would just make him hunt down whoever killed her and get sad later, he wouldn't fundamentally change from it.

I think you need to read the novels and the manga again from the very beginning. Your views are incredibly distorted due to your literal obsession with the blonde characters who were only recently introduced. If Touma didn't give a shit about Biribiri, he would have knocked her the fuck out in NT10 or told her to fuck off back in NT2. He holds her in much higher esteem than most other characters. Even pre-amnesia Touma respected the hell out of her despite all the bullshit she put him through. Maybe try to stop self-inserting as the character and actually pay attention to their inner monologues. Touma says it himself that he doesn't hesitate to involve strangers in his nonsense, but people he is intimately familiar with are off limits. Ultimately if it's a science side issue that he can't deal with, he inevitably turns to Komoe or Biribiri to walk him through it. You people claim to read the novels and be primaries, but you don't have a grasp on the concept of nuance so it ultimately means jack shit.

There is not bias in that post.
The novels blatantly state Touma's core character would change greatly if Othinus were to die. He is terrified at the thought of Index leaving his side one day. They, along with Tsuchimikado, are the only characters he's been emotional for. Other characters including Mikoto, haven't gotten those reactions out of him in similar circumstances.
Maybe you should learn to read, I didn't say he didn't give a shit about her, but there are not emotional bonds or connections between Touma and Mikoto other than her onesided love that would cause a meanignful impact or change in the nature of his character. He'd just be sad for a while and move on.
