How do you read manga? e-reader, monitor, buyfag, etc.

monitor, and if i can i buy it
>>
>>122516954
Tablet
The surface pro is quite good for that
>>

>>

>>
>>122516954
I've seen people reading manga on the train in Japan on small laptops like Panasonic Let's Notes. It looked uncomfortable.
>>

Tablet. Looking for a new app to replace Mango. Anyone else use an Android reader?
>>
I read it on my Nexus 7, though I also occasionally buyfag.

>>122517867
I use Manga Rock but it's far from 'good.' Just easy.
>>
>>122517867
just download a bunch of raws and load them up on an SD card
>>
>>122517566
Is that you, Bazooka Joe?
>>
I can read moon pretty well so I just buy like 10k worth of manga from Amazon.jp

I used to use a monitor, and then an e-reader, but fucking nothing compares to a physical book. I read 7 volumes of Wan Piss in a day once I had the physical books, before that I'd struggle to make it through a whole volume reading on a computer or ereader
>>

*manga a month

Aizoban, but you already know what's gonna work best.

>>
>>122516954
I visit my local bookstore and examine the limited selection.
>>
>>122516954
>monitor
That's a given for everyone.
>buying
Yes. But I don't want an overwhelming collection so I don't get many series unless it has serious rereadability.
>>
>>122517906
Manga Rock is the one I've been slowly getting myself accustomed to since Mango's gone to shit and every other app I've found is completely worthless.

I'm looking for one that let's me make customized bookmarks so I can organize my comics but seems like no other developers have thought of that.

>>122517929
But I can't read moon, nor can my tablet accept SD cards.
>>
Physical, monitor and tablet.
I buy only the series that worth it.

This board is getting shittier by the day.
>>
>>122518311
It's glitchy as hell on my tablet, sometimes when swiping to a new chapter it'll jump 10-40 chapters ahead (depending on how many are available) and mark the ones in between as read. Really sucks when you're marathoning a long series. Not to mention page load failures, not having things that a clearly on the website version, etc.

I stopped reading manga last year or so when manga traders went off line.

When do you guys get your manga from now?
>>
For the few manga I actually read I buyfag.
I even buy anime I like because I like it fuck you.
>>
>>122518485
batotototo

You could do the /a/ approved thing and go to each scanlator's site to download the files directly and read them but without any centralized system you never know who's working on what and if they're dropping something or delayed or whatever (which tends to happen, scanlators love to drove series for arbitrary if understandable reasons). So just going to one of those sites is easiest instead and batoto is probably the least evil except for the no ecchi part.

I'm trying to learn moon as a result of all this, if not to translate but just to read things I know will take forever to be translated by someone else.
>>
>>122518445
I think you meant Kobo Aura HD.

The text of Kobo Aura H2o is a little more blur than the Kobo Aura HD.
>>
>>122518601
That's great, anon. I would buy too except I want to keep up with latest releases asap, and when I've already seen/read a series there's not really a point in buying it anymore. Besides, it's a pain (and sometimes impossible) to track down the more elusive titles. But good for you, really.

I really should get around to setting that up, I have a few series I know I was following and forgot about.

I download my manga from either Batoto or MangaEden since they got scanlator's quality and are listed in my Android's reader.

But yaoi has the greatest romance!
>boy is in love with his father who is a famous actor and has a sexual relationship with him
>later finds adoption papers
>thinks his life is a lie
>rumors that his dad may get married to a celebrity woman
>turns out the woman is in fact his biological mother, his dad is her brother hence his uncle, so they are still family and everything is fine again and the gay incest can go on as normal.

tell me where else than yaoi can you find such great storytelling?

Nexus 7 is objectively the best computer tablet to read manga on. It's a great price for the product and the technical specs on it beat some tablets more expensive then it.

If you want to get more technical with it because you really care about detail and want that "realistic manga experience," then >>122518445 is the way to go.
>>
>>122520930
The whole e-reader is the size of my hand, isn't glaring, has ink-ish feel to it and feels good.
