The stat sheets are fine, and they're Nasu-approved as well. They're believable enough considering max boosts from fame. It can boost Vlad, overall a mediocre Servant when not relying on the Dracula fame boost, to Karna-level. If both Oda and Hideyoshi are naturally strong on their own, being boosted to that extreme isn't super surprising. They'll probably be more tame when they appear in Grand Order.
