For me, it's Irina. I have a moderate dislike of her. For quite a few reasons.
- She's the closest thing this series has to a tsundere. The only girl who can't just openly admit that she likes Issei. Has to hide behind the "wanting dragon babies for Micheal" excuse. Granted, I'm a few volumes behind now, but even if that's changed, that excuse nonsense dragged on way too long.
- I find her Christ-fag/Angel antics quite annoying. It's like the author is worried that we will forget she's the angel-side character of the group.
- The fact that she's such a huge Christ-fag that she became an Angel, yet she's ok with being in a harem. A harem where she's like the 6th ~ 10th member of "rank". Even Asia still resist the harem concept. Which is annoying as well, but at least she's staying in character. Yes, God in that world is dead, but that doesn't mean the teachings she so values so much change.
- I don't get why she likes Issei. When she joins the cast, she just exist for about two volumes, then suddenly loves him. As I said earlier, I'm a few volumes behind, so this may have changed. But still, she is/was the only girl whom I didn't understand why she likes him.
- She's a completely by the book token childhood friend. Personal preference, but I hate those. I think the only thing missing is a childhood promise that only she remembers. And I hope that stays missing.
- I can't stand her voice in the anime. Nothing against the VA, I loved her work as Rikka in Chuunibyou and as Mao in GJ-bu. But man, she hurts my ears with the voice she uses for Irina. So fast and high pitched.

Irina has more potential to be interesting and show off a different part of the DxD universe than Koneko and Akeno (I rethought Asia and I think she could be great if they really focused on the imouto act with Rias and separate her from the church trio thingy).
Irina brings in the angel/heavenly side of things, with her around it wouldn't be too far out to have adventures in heaven itself which isn't something that Koneko and Akeno could give you. Rossweisse also brings in the possibility for Valhalla adventures, so she's more indispensable than normal girls as well.

I dislike how Akeno's tits vary in size from one scene to another. Oppai is a main focus of the show, put in some effort guys! This is true to a lesser extent for some other girls, but Akeno's jugs are the worst offenders.
I really wish he would go into the race lore more. Or at the very least refine it. As it is now. Every race can become devil, and it's the best race. Becoming weak to holy magic is really the only disadvantage. And it's not like holy magic only damages demons, it hurts angels, fallen angels, and humans too. Not only that, you get to somehow keep all your race specific abilities when you become a devil. It's a ridiculously sweet deal.
