Well, I actually liked Felli winning. But I really wish Clarabell had been introduced earlier because then she'd have gotten the development to make her best girl. I think her obsession with Layfon was the cutest thing.
And if Levantine had gotten human emotions from being around Layfon then Layfon would be on par with Tenchi or Ichika for winning over women.

Felli wins in the end and elopes with Layfon. That picture with her straddling him just accompanied the artist/author's comments in the last volume though.
But supposedly they reappear in the sequel several years later, still together, so they probably dicked.

Well, they run off in the wee hours of the morning from Zuellni to go fight more monsters from beyond the Aurora Zone or whatever that interdimensional rift is called. And that's basically where the sequel picks up after a timeskip, fighting these new extradimensional things/post-humans. And they're not alone, Layfon was already running off with another girl and her bodyguard to go fight these things and Felli just catches Layfon and the girl going through her lingerie. And Layfon asks her to go with him.

There's a reason why Regios went on for 25 volumes and was one of the biggest sleeper hit LNs of the 2000s.
But towards the end they were more novel-like and less light novel-like.
I felt really sad for Vati at the end. I mean she only exists becausean ancient scientist loved this bounty hunter who died and remade her in a nanomachine body, but Ignasis didn't care about her at all and just used her as a tool. And then it turned out Ignasis was dead all along.Her life was thrown away for nothing, and she killed some of the best Heaven's Blades for nothing.
