There's a change of pace after the second episode, and in my opinion one for the better.
I'd say watch a couple more episodes before deciding.

He's phrased it in a douchy way, but he's right. The story in this show is poorly paced and too random. The girls drift about, coming across some random archetypes who we don't spend enough time with to care about, notice they have some sort of angsty non-important issue and solve it in some blundering illogical fashion before moving on to the next bunch. The only good thing about it is the artwork.
It's the mostfunshow this season.

I'll always like the train train one but this show is really good, It probably won't get huge sales but the colors used in the fights are just really nice to watch.

Not him. It has two strong similarities, those being the general overall vibe/pacing of the shows and the strong contrast between weak and strong characters present in both shows. I mean, yeah, they're definitely two completely different genres, but they feel similar. I've seen people compare it to FLCL too. Again, it's just a vibe thing. It's got a real gung-ho, hyper, pumped up vibe and pacing to it, like FLCL or KLK.
